2. Products and Services

We offer handmade furniture for sale through our online shop. We have endeavoured to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. Due to the nature of handmade items and differences in digital display settings, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be exactly accurate. Each piece of furniture is crafted with care, making each item unique with slight variations that add to its individual character.

• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• The ten large-sized pictures provided for each furniture piece are for illustrative purposes and provide a comprehensive view of the product.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our online platform are in Canadian Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If we cancel your order, we will issue a credit to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the furniture item. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our furniture, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our online platform, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.
